Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation. This role requires proficiency in various office software, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The role will be based in our Sheffield HQ.
Duties
* Perform daily callovers to ensure work is current and up to date
* Update internal systems to ensure all systems read correct
* General administration duties.
* Assist Planning team, with road and rail inquiries.
* Daily contact with transport teams to ensure on time delivery
Qualifications
* Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
* Proficiency in using office software, particularly Excel and Outlook.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanour.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
