The Role
The firm is looking for a Court of Protection Solicitor to join their Tier 1 Court of Protection department out of their offices in Manchester.
This is a vital role for the firm, with the opportunity to progress your career.
Your caseload will include providing legal advice concerning financial management matters, planning and investments, tax returns and accounting.
Due to their unparalleled reputation, they are accredited panel deputies and as such work on some of the most complex and important work there is.
You will be a team player with strong communication skills; combined with a friendly and professional approach to work and will be adept at working to targets within a busy team.
Requirements
1. You will be a Court of Protection Solicitor with a minimum 3+ years PQE
2. You will have a strong work ethic
3. You will be a team player with excellent attention to detail
4. You have a keenness to be involved with business development activities
5. You will show initiative, and drive and have excellent communication skills.
Remuneration
6. Salary is negotiable depending on your level of experience.
