About the RoleAs a Repairs Officer, you'll be the first point of contact for tenants regarding repairs and maintenance issues. You'll coordinate works with contractors, ensure repairs are completed on time, and deliver a high standard of service to residents.This is a fast-paced role that requires excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
1. Managing day-to-day reactive repairs and maintenance requests
2. Logging, tracking, and monitoring repair orders through the internal system
3. Liaising with tenants, contractors, surveyors, and other internal teams
4. Ensuring all repairs meet agreed service standards and timescales
