Qualifications
Essential criteria
9. Good standard of numeracy and literacy
10. Completed care certificate or willingness to undertake and complete within 12 weeks of joining the department
11. Completion of a competency-based workbook or equivalent relevant experience to vocational level 3.
Desirable criteria
12. Short courses to undertake patient and clinical care duties

13. Ability to adapt and learn in a health care environment
14. Previous experience of working within maternity or a similar setting within the NHS
15. Experience of working as part of a multidisciplinary team
