Day to Day Duties
The day-to-day duties of an Administrator with our client will be:
* General administration duties
* Accurately inputting data onto spreadsheets
* Assisting staff with various different requirements as and when needed
* General office management, housekeeping, arranging and booking meeting rooms as required
* Processing customers orders, chasing outstanding time sheets, and sending data out for approval
Essential Skills
As an Administrator you must have:
* A good level of written and verbal communication skills
* Microsoft Excel literate
* Be able to prioritise, work to deadlines and work effectively under pressure
* Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
* Admin experience is required
