Job Description
* Be responsible for client 'Cell' specific operational delivery of Bureau Services such as Invoice Validation, Tenant-On-Charging and Portfolio Management.
* Ensure that all agreed client SLAs/KPIs are achieved and reported to the Client Delivery Lead.
* Communicate quickly, regularly and clearly with the client in a professional manner, on the telephone and via email.
* Manage the relationship with the client throughout the business cycle.
* Liaise with the Client Delivery Lead, Head of Operations and Account Directors / Managers about operational and client issues.
* Liaise with other members of the company to resolve any client queries quickly and efficiently.
* Provide cover for your colleagues work when absent and help other members of your team and other teams during busy times by demonstrating a flexible approach to work.
* Aspire to be a super user of the main systems and processes used by the team.
* Support with training other team members to enhance their performance and productivity.
* Support with all client complaints/queries ensuring that the correct query resolution procedure is followed.
* Contribute to efficiency and business improvement projects when required.
* Support with queries and escalations from across the business, where these cannot be dealt with within the client 'Cell' in which they arise.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Client Delivery Support should have:
* Previous experience in an administrative role.
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
* A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn new processes.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A detail-oriented approach to tasks and documentation.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
