The Role
* Lead multiple supported living services
* Ensure quality, compliance and CQC standards
* Manage staff teams and service performance
* Promote person-centred, empowering support
* Drive continuous improvement and positive outcomes
Requirements
* Strong Supported Living experience (essential)
* Registered Manager experience or Deputy ready to step up
* Excellent knowledge of CQC requirements
* Strong leadership and organisation skills
* Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel
