Tradewind Recruitment is working with several progressive secondary schools in Northampton seeking a motivated and dedicated French Teacher to join their team from April or September 2026. This full-time role offers long-term supply or a permanent contract for the right candidate.

The Role:
* Deliver high-quality French lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 in some schools)
* Inspire students to develop language skills, curiosity, and cultural understanding
* Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all learners
* Contribute to a collaborative and supportive MFL department
* Participate in wider school life, including enrichment activities and cultural events
About You:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS or equivalent)
* Strong knowledge of the French GCSE curriculum (A-Level experience advantageous)
* Confident classroom presence with effective behaviour management
* Genuine enthusiasm for language learning and student progress
* Open to ECTs and experienced teachers
