Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the needs of all learners in a mixed Year 2/3 class. Create a positive and inclusive classroom culture that promotes curiosity, independence, and a love of learning. Assess pupil progress and use data to inform planning and interventions. Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents/carers to ensure every child achieves their full potential. Contribute to the wider life of the school, including extracurricular activities and school events. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - applications welcome from ECTs. Strong understanding of the KS1 and lower KS2 curriculum. Ability to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment. Excellent communication and classroom management skills. A passion for teaching and a commitment to pupil progress and wellbeing.
