Position Summary The Service advisor is responsible for managing high volumes of incoming phone calls, directing calls appropriately, taking detailed messages, and providing exceptional customer service. This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth communication between clients, customers, and internal departments. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls in a timely, professional, and courteous manner Route calls to the appropriate department or individual Take accurate and detailed messages when necessary Provide general information to callers about procedures Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings and procedures Log call activity, inquiries, and resolutions using internal CRM Handle customer concerns and escalate complex issues to the client liaison when needed Support administrative tasks such as data entry and confirmation of appointments Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Collaborate with team members and departments to ensure efficient communication Preferred Skills Experience in a high-volume call position Familiarity with call routing and phone system tools
