Position Summary
The Service advisor is responsible for managing high volumes of incoming phone calls, directing calls appropriately, taking detailed messages, and providing exceptional customer service. This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth communication between clients, customers, and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer incoming calls in a timely, professional, and courteous manner
* Route calls to the appropriate department or individual
* Take accurate and detailed messages when necessary
* Provide general information to callers about procedures
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings and procedures
* Log call activity, inquiries, and resolutions using internal CRM
* Handle customer concerns and escalate complex issues to the client liaison when needed
* Support administrative tasks such as data entry and confirmation of appointments
* Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
* Collaborate with team members and departments to ensure efficient communication
