Partner Account Manager – Channel Sales (Video Telematics Solutions) Location: Remote Type: Full-Time Salary: Up to £75,000 (DOE) plus uncapped commission £100,000 OTE Are you an expert in telematics or fleet management solutions with a passion for building high-performing channel partnerships? Our client, a market leader in video telematics, is transforming fleet safety and operational visibility through AI-powered technology — and they're looking for a Partner Account Manager (PAM) who knows the space and can hit the ground running. The Opportunity This is a strategic channel role ideal for someone with deep experience in video telematics, IoT, or mobility technology platforms. You'll lead partner enablement, revenue generation, and market expansion through established and emerging channel ecosystems. Key Responsibilities ?? Channel & Partner Management Own and grow relationships with strategic channel partners, system integrators, and resellers Develop joint go-to-market plans, ensuring alignment on KPIs, messaging, and pipeline targets Guide partners through the sales lifecycle — from lead generation to post-sale adoption ?? Sales Growth & Enablement Equip partners with the tools, training, and collateral to confidently sell and support video telematics solutions Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities within partner customer bases Drive pipeline velocity and support partner-led deal closure in target verticals (e.g., transportation, logistics, field services) ?? Performance & Strategy Monitor and report on partner performance, forecasting, and channel ROI Deliver actionable insight and feedback loops between partners and internal product/marketing teams Address performance challenges proactively while maintaining high trust and engagement ?? Co-Marketing & Visibility Collaborate with marketing to execute co-branded campaigns and regional partner programs Help amplify thought leadership and product differentiation in the competitive telematics space ??
