Responsibilities

* Schedule and prioritise tasks based on customer calls, departmental requests, and company procedures.
* Respond promptly to breakdowns and urgent enquiries, ensuring swift resolution.
* Communicate and direct service engineers daily, ensuring seamless coordination.
* Supervise the administration of site reports, correspondence, and associated paperwork.
* Report key issues and updates to the Field Service Manager, supporting project coordination and warranty repair works.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in service coordination, scheduling, or a similar role.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
