We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements Salary: £55,000 dependent on skills and experience What you'll be doing: Monitors performance of all IM&T Services to ensure services meet end user requirements Liaises with the appropriate service providers (EIT or MoD) to ensure resolution of service issues within the parameters of the relevant service level agreement Ensure contract and customer requirements are being met. Ensures day to day service is delivered to each contract as appropriate and satisfactory resolution to issues by the relevant service provider Maintain on base environment service definition and update as appropriate Liaises with service providers as appropriate in the roll out of BAES/MOD upgrades and systems that require local SS IT team support (Escorting/Hosting duties etc.) Ensures the delivery of IT services to on base staff and for IT performance parameters including availability, efficiency, cost, delivery/installation & upgrade Your skills and experiences: Essential: A broad understanding of IT Networks, ITIL and service provision Desirable Experience of MOD environments and exposure to the above duties ITIL qualification Benefits: As well as a competitive pension scheme, BAE Systems also offers employee share plans, an extensive range of flexible discounted health, wellbeing and lifestyle benefits, including a green car scheme, private health plans and shopping discounts - you may also be eligible for an annual incentive.
