Job Title: Warehouse Operative (Temp to Perm)
Location: Tipton
Pay Rate: per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 4:00pm
Overview:
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join a busy and growing team in Tipton. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate, offering long-term stability and career progression.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Booking in goods and managing dispatch operations
2. Loading and unloading deliveries
3. Operating a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently
4. Driving a Luton van for local deliveries when required
5. Moving and organising stock within the warehouse
6. Conducting regular stock counts and inventory checks
7. Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
8. Previous warehouse experience is essential
9. Valid counterbalance forklift licence
10. Experience driving a Luton van
11. Clean, full UK driving licence
12. Good communication skills
13. Computer literate with basic IT skills
14. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
