We are hiring for aCustomer Service Representative!
Key responsibilities would include the following:
* Handle customer queries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a professional andtimelymanner.
* Make outbound customer calls to provide updates, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.
* Monitor and achieve KPIs related to customer service performance.
* Use internal systems including Sharp to manage customer information and service records.
* Maintain and update spreadsheets and reports using Microsoft Excel witha high levelof accuracy.
* Communicate effectively with internal departments to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
* Work independently with minimal supervision,demonstratinginitiative and ownership of tasks.
You will need a keen eye for detail,aswell as aproblem-solvinghead to ensure all issues/queries are dealt within a timely manner.
Previouscustomerserviceexperience is preferred.
Full training is provided.
This is a temporary role, with the potentialtoextend.
