The Vacancy
We are looking for an experienced Commercial and Contracts Manager to lead the delivery of our capital investment, cyclical and major works programmes. You will oversee procurement, contract administration, contractor performance and budget management, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with regulations.
You’ll manage key supplier relationships, support long‑term investment planning and ensure high‑quality reporting across programmes. Strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills and experience managing capital or major works programmes are essential. You will also lead and develop a small team, promoting a culture of performance and continuous improvement.
