We’re looking for a warm, efficient Administrator to join our Client’s friendly care home team. This is more than just an admin role — you’ll be the welcoming face for visitors, the calm voice on the phone, and the backbone of our day-to-day operations.

From managing enquiries and keeping records up to date, to supporting recruitment, processing payments, and helping the Home Manager with vital tasks, your role will keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. You should be confident using Microsoft Office, have a great eye for detail, and enjoy being part of a supportive team. Experience in a care setting is a bonus, but not essential — what matters most is your friendly attitude and commitment to getting things done.
