Are you ideally a CIPD Qualified Senior HR Advisor that is interested in a 12 month fixed term contract based in Hertfordshire
(you will need to be on site 4 days per week)?
Reporting to an HR Manager, you will be core in supporting the managers and employees on a wide range of HR matters in accordance with legislation and best practice.
You will be involved in the following:-
* Partner with key stakeholders to deliver HR best practices aligned with business requirements
* Provide advice for general queries on HR policies and procedures to managers and employees
* Support and manage employee relations (ER) matters, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, and absence cases
* Support all data and reporting requirements
* Monitor sickness absence and coordinate with line managers and occupational health to support employee wellbeing and return-to-work processes
* Support workforce planning and other initiatives as required
You will need the following experience:-
* You will have at demonstrable experience of working at similar HR Advisor level (ideally hold a CIPD level 5) with proven experience working with stakeholders and managing ER matters.
* You will have strong communication and relationship management skills, be a team player who is pro-active, adaptable and resilient, and have a solid understanding of HR best practices and employment law. You will also hold a full UK Driver's License.
Salary - £45k plus very good benefits.
