Known for delivering high quality flagship schemes, they have an excellent pipeline of work and a reputation for developing and progressing their people. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to support a major new build hotel project based in Manchester. Your new roleAs Quantity Surveyor, you will take commercial responsibility for a key project within the business, working closely with the commercial lead and wider delivery team. You will be involved in: Managing subcontract procurement and package management Valuations, variations, and monthly reporting Cost control, forecasting, and budget management Working collaboratively with site and design teams to ensure commercial targets are achieved Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and company processes This is an office based role in Manchester with a regular site presence on a high profile project.
