Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off (Days and Nights) 6am - 6pm / 6pm - 6am

Key Responsibilities
* Order Picking & Packing: Accurately picking customer orders and preparing for dispatch.
* Material Handling Equipment (MHE): Use of warehouse machinery training may be provided if required.
* Stock Movement & Inventory Control: Ensuring accurate movement of stock across departments.
* Customer Service: Communicating effectively with internal teams and external customers.
* Data Entry: Basic use of Microsoft Office and internal systems including Matrix software.
* Team Collaboration: Working closely with colleagues and supervisors to meet KPIs.
What Were Looking For
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Reliable and physically fit for warehouse duties
* Basic IT skills confident using Microsoft Office
* MHE or FLT experience (desirable but not essential)
* Flexible to work days or nights
* Strong work ethic and positive attitude
* DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) or willing to obtain one
* Able to provide a5-year work history(essential for compliance)
