The RoleTo manage a team of Quantity Surveyors, at various levels in fulfilling their individual roles.Providing reports to the clients senior management on the costs associated with a wide variety of projects, which are being cost managed by their team.Advising and approving cost analysis for repair and maintenance project workEstablishing a clients requirements and undertaking feasibility studiesPerforming risk and value management and cost controlAdvising on procurement strategyManaging and advising on the tendering process, including checking and approving tender and contract documents,Ensuring the preparation of monthly cost/profit forecasts are being carried out.Providing advice and support to the team when agreeing, with the contractor, suitable sub-contractors to work on projects;Advising and providing support to the Claims Manager ...
