Recruit4staff are representing a leading print & packaging manufacturer in their search for a Compliance Manager to work in Redhill Job Details: Pay: Competitive Salary Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week between 08:00 – 18:00 Duration: Permanent Benefits: Pension, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Job Role: The Compliance Manager will report directly to the Site Director and take ownership of the Health, Safety, Compliance, and Environmental (HSCE) function, managing two direct reports. The Compliance Manager will ensure full adherence to regulatory frameworks, customer requirements, and industry standards, while driving continuous improvement initiatives across the business. Working closely with Quality and Operations teams, the Compliance Manager will align operational processes with best practice in safety, compliance, and sustainability, using strong technical expertise and clear communication to influence stakeholders at all levels.
