Identify and develop new business with farmers, growers, and agricultural businesses.
Conduct and manage crop trials to showcase product benefits and performance.
Build long-term relationships with farmers, grower groups, and other key stakeholders.
Champion innovative and sustainable farming techniques across your region.
You're a practical, knowledgeable agronomist with a strong understanding of UK cropping systems, ideally including root crops such as potatoes and onions. You're well-connected within the farming community, confident running trials, and motivated by helping customers achieve tangible results.
Practical farming or agronomy experience.
Strong regional network among farmers and growers.
Passion for sustainable, science-led farming solutions.
Experience running or supporting field trials.
Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel.
Proven sales or business development experience.
Degree in agriculture, agronomy, or related field.
Ability to analyse and present trial data clearly.
