What You'll Be Doing As a Community Support Worker, no two days are the same. You'll support people in their own homes with everyday tasks, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.
Duties include:
Providing personal care with dignity and respect
Administering medication safely and accurately
Preparing meals and supporting with nutrition
Assisting with light household duties
Accompanying clients to appointments and social activities
Offering companionship and emotional support
What We're Looking For Compassionate, dependable and caring individuals
Previous care experience is welcomed but not essential
Full UK driving licence
Ability to work shifts, including alternate weekends
A genuine passion for supporting others
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
