Responsibilities
:
1. Lead and manage teams, budgets, and service performance.
2. Develop and implement strategies, policies, and operational plans.
3. Deputise for senior leadership and provide director-level reports.
4. Build strong relationships with stakeholders and internal/external partners.
5. Drive service improvement, innovation, and compliance with standards.
Essential Experience & Skills:
6. Significant housing compliance experience (gas, electrical, water hygiene, asbestos).
7. Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams.
8. Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
9. Experience with budgeting, strategic planning, and performance monitoring.
10. Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
