Contract: 12 month secondment Closing date: 3 August 2025 About the role We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Store Activity Planning Specialist to develop and manage a clear, efficient Store Activity Plan. This role ensures that all store communications and activities are delivered in a timely, coordinated manner, aligned with both business priorities and individual store capacities. Key responsibilities Develop and maintain a simple, effective Store Activity Plan that supports timely and relevant communication to stores. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure activities are scheduled appropriately for both the business and individual store needs. Monitor planned workload against store capacity, escalating and facilitating adjustments where necessary. Adapt plans in response to changing business needs and priorities. Produce and distribute monthly and quarterly activity plans for Stores and Area Managers. Create dashboards and reports to provide visibility of upcoming activities and workload. Lead stakeholder meetings, offering a holistic view of business-wide activity planning. Demonstrate a strong understanding of store operations and the impact of cross-functional activities. Engage stakeholders with curiosity to fully understand and challenge activity and communication requests. Evaluate all requests from a store-centric perspective, challenging where appropriate to protect store capacity. What you'll need to have Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Comfortable leading meetings and presenting to cross-functional teams. Experience in retail operations or planning is desirable.
