The Role
This role supports:
1. Human Resources
2. Investor Relations function
3. Compliance
Responsibilities include supporting the Compliance officer with the management and monitoring of the Senior Manager and Certification Regime, conducting regular testing as part of the compliance monitoring programme, and supporting the Senior HR Associate with maintaining and compiling reports/data for HR & Business Development (including DE&I).
Additional duties involve working with the Senior HR Associate and the Operations team to ensure a smooth onboarding and offboarding process, assisting with research to support the development of wellbeing processes, benefits, and salary analysis, and assisting with investor communications such as emails, newsletters, and reports.
You will also support in preparing investor presentations, quarterly updates, and briefing materials for investor meetings, maintain and update investor contact lists and CRM systems, ensure accurate record-keeping of investor communications and meetings, and assist in tracking key investor metrics and feedback. Gathering and compiling market data, competitor updates, and investor insights are also key responsibilities.
Skills and Experience
* Previous administrator experience in financial services
* High level of emotional intelligence and discretion
* Strong organizational skills & the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for investor-facing documents
* Attention to detail, crucial for handling sensitive financial and regulatory materials
* Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
* Demonstrable experience in stakeholder management
