What You’ll Do: Serve cocktails and drinks to spec with speed and care Deliver warm, memorable service on every shift Keep the bar clean, organised, and well-stocked Learn and grow through regular training and mentorship Support your team and share knowledge along the way What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in a fast-paced, high-volume bar. A love for music, nightlife, and London’s social scene. What to Expect: Competitive Pay: £12.25 per hour plus tronc (total package usually in the range of £14-16 per hour ). Hourly wages paid every two weeks on a Friday and tronc paid on the last Friday of the month.
