Monday.com is looking for a Lead Product Manager who will be responsible for leading a world-class team of engineers & designers and is passionate about building ground-breaking, lovable products. You will join our teams based in London, UK. You will join an amazing group of talented developers who are responsible for building user-facing and product-internal privacy and security capabilities, addressing the needs of our customers at scale. Some of the challenges you will help the group address: Continue maintaining a high standard of privacy and security for monday as we rapidly expand and build new capabilities Help monday continue meeting the privacy and security requirements of enterprise customers at scale Plan and define enterprise offerings around the domains of privacy and security LI-DNI As a PM leading this area, you'll focus on addressing complex privacy & security challenges and leading a world-class team of developers and analysts. You will have an impact on the entire company and see how your ideas and work change the lives of millions of users (and counting). What you will do: Establish a shared vision across the company while working with talented cross-functional team members (across engineering, design, customer success, marketing, sales, etc.). You'll take full ownership and have a massive impact on the company. Drive focus and speed within your team to ship products people need and love. Handle complex and challenging projects introducing new technology and solutions to enable monday's handling millions of users and interactions at an ever-growing scale. Help us shape the way forward in how we handle production, release processes and the cloud environment supporting millions of users, from SBs managing all their company and work on top of Monday and all the way to large ENTs. Collect and analyze a wide range of inputs to identify opportunities to make sure your team is always working on the most impactful things. Motivate a group of some of the smartest, most committed, and fun people you've ever worked with. At least 5 years of experience as a product manager with a proven track record of delivering impactful products in the enterprise domain. Strong technical background in the areas of security and/or privacy and you are familiar with the unique challenges in these areas. Self-driven individual comfortable with motivating, leading, and making decisions. Strong communication skills and have the ability to thoroughly explain the rationale of product decisions. Analytical mindset with experience in leveraging both qualitative insights and quantitative data to drive product decisions. Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience leading SaaS b2b products is a plus. Previous entrepreneurial or consulting experience is a plus.
