What You'll Be Doing
As a vital member of our Newbury technical team (Vehicle Technician / Mechanic), you will:
* Service & Repair: Carry out essential vehicle maintenance and complex mechanical repairs.
* Advanced Diagnostics: Use modern fault-finding software to rectify electrical and electronic issues across various manufacturers.
* Health Checks: Perform thorough vehicle health checks (VHC) and safety inspections.
* Efficiency: Work to professional workshop standards and maintain high productivity.
* Documentation: Maintain accurate job cards and records to ensure our high trust rating.
What You Need
* Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent).
* Experience: Previous experience in a professional workshop or service centre.
* Technical Skill: Confident using modern automotive diagnostic tools and systems.
* Compliance: A full UK driving license is essential.
