A well-established architecture practice is looking to appoint an Architect / Project Architect to join their growing team.
The studio works across residential, healthcare, and industrial sectors, delivering projects from concept through to construction, with a strong focus on collaboration and technical quality.
With a strong pipeline of work, they are now looking for an architect with UK residential experience to support the delivery of projects across all RIBA stages.
The Role
You will be involved throughout the full project lifecycle, supporting the development of residential schemes from design and planning through to technical delivery and construction.
The role will include:
• Working across all RIBA stages
• Preparing planning applications and technical packages
• Producing detailed construction drawings and specifications
• Coordinating with clients, consultants and contractors
• Supporting project delivery and attending meetings and site visits
About You
• Minimum 3 years’ experience within a UK architecture practice
• Strong experience working on UK residential / housing projects
• Comfortable working across all RIBA stages
• Revit proficiency is essential
• Strong technical and construction knowledge
Salary & Benefits
• £40,000 – £50,000 depending on experience
