Birchwell Associates are partnering with a rapidly growing organisation at the forefront of the UK's electric vehicle charging sector.

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Electrical Engineer looking to develop specialist expertise within the EV charging industry, supporting one of the UK's largest and fastest-growing charging networks.

The Role

As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing electric vehicle charging equipment across a wide range of customer sites throughout the UK.

Key responsibilities include:

• Diagnosing and repairing faults on EV charging infrastructure
• Carrying out planned maintenance and warranty repairs
• Ensuring all work complies with current electrical regulations and safety standards
• Completing inspections, testing and fault finding activities
• Identifying and reporting non-conformities where required
• Delivering a high level of customer service on-site
• Supporting the continued expansion of EV charging infrastructure across the UK

What We're Looking For

Essential requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable travelling nationwide

Desirable:

• 2391 Inspection & Testing
• ECS Card
• EV Charging qualifications
• Previous EV charging or renewable energy experience
