Field Sales Executive
An established and growing distributor of beauty and medical aesthetics products is seeking a motivated Field Sales Executive to join its UK-based team. The business represents a portfolio of high-quality, scientifically credible products and is known for delivering excellent service and strong customer relationships.
The company supplies a broad range of professional products across the aesthetics and healthcare sectors, alongside certified training programmes for medical and aesthetic professionals. Due to continued growth, this is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional looking to develop their career within a dynamic and expanding organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UK
* Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
* Manage and grow key accounts through regular contact and support
* Present products and services professionally, including demonstrations and training options
* Upsell and cross-sell products and services where appropriate
* Attend industry exhibitions, conferences and networking events
* Travel nationally as required, with occasional overnight stays
* Attend and support training and educational days
Candidates will hold the following skills and experience:
Essential:
* Proven experience in sales or account management (experience within aesthetics, healthcare, beauty or a related industry is essential - areas such as dermal fillers, microneedling, cosmeceuticals and related)
* Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
* Commercially minded with a proactive and organised approach
* Self-motivated, adaptable and comfortable working independently in the field
* A positive team player keen to contribute to a growing business
* Full UK driving licence
Desirable:
* Scientific, medical or related qualification.
Candidates will be able to come to the Cambridgeshire based office once a week, and be happy with a Field based sales role with travel across the UK.
