Responsibilities
* Develop project cost control data structures to track and control costs accurately.
* Establish and set the project control budget aligned with baselines.
* Track actual costs for internal and external expenditures against control structures.
* Monitor project accruals and commitments against budgets.
* Build project forecasts, including ETC and EAC.
* Report all project information accurately and timely, including Earned Value Management.
* Track project contingency and risk exposure.
* Manage project change control to ensure alignment with baselines.
* Identify key project trends to inform future change controls.
Qualifications
Typically, a qualified graduate in a relevant discipline with five to ten years of experience in project controls for major projects or programs.
