Build, develop and lead Recycling Lean team organization in such a way that the business, operations, cost and quality targets can be obtained with strong business focus
Evaluate and optimize production processes, advise, initiate and/or implement cost savings related to plant layout, new equipment, product design and tooling
Monitor departmental efficiencies and utilization through KPI´s
Responsibility for implementation and execution of Lean and other agile principles within Tomra Recycling processes
Secure implementation and development of Six Sigma tools, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Standard Work, 5S, Kanban, GEMBA meetings, Kaizen, FMEA, DOE (Design of Experiment), Poka-yoke solutions, Problem Solving, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), and TPI (Transactional Process Improvement) throughout the facility
Drive Continuous Improvement culture and insure changes are permanent
Improve the quality of products, eliminate unnecessary waste, reduce production times and reduce total costs
Optimize work flow and cell designs and introduce cost-effective automation for productivity and safety advantages
Identify manufacturing cost reductions and provide ROI justifications for change
Implementing 5S System to organize the workplace
Responsibility for management of allocated projects
New products industrialization in cooperation with Production, R&D, Technical Dpt and others
Trainings and motivation of employees at implementation of lean processes
University, 2nd level, electrical or mechanical field of study
Min 5 years of experience in manufacturing company at similar position
Expertise in Lean and Continuous Improvement tools and methodologies
Technical experience / knowledge in any of the fields of Electrical, Optical, SW, Mechanical Engineering
Excellent verbal communication, documentation and technical writing skills.
Lean Six Sigma certificate is advantage
