As an Education Support Worker, you will support the diverse needs of our students, including those with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), complex needs, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and challenging behaviours. You will work closely with educators and staff to implement personalised education plans and support students individually or in small groups.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in implementing personalised education plans.
* Provide one-on-one or small group support to students.
* Create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
* Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents for a holistic approach to education.
Requirements:
* Genuine passion for working with students with special needs.
* Previous experience is desirable.
* Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
* Willingness to learn and adapt to students' needs.
* Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable), and professional references.
* CV covering the last 10 years of employment, where possible.
* Legal right to work in the UK.
