Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Wrexham for an Assistant Manager. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for supporting the General Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the pub. Key tasks include managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, overseeing inventory and stock management, coordinating events and promotions, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. The Assistant Manager will also assist in financial management and report on the performance of the pub.

* Experience in staff management and team leadership
* Strong customer service skills and commitment to creating a welcoming environment
* Knowledge of inventory and stock management
* Experience in coordinating events and promotions
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Basic financial management and reporting skills
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
* Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field is beneficial
