Responsibilities
* As a Cover Supervisor, you'll step into the classroom to deliver pre-set lessons in the absence of the regular teacher.
* You'll manage classroom behaviour, ensure students stay on task, and provide a positive learning environment.
What We're Looking For (Qualifications)
* Strong classroom presence and confidence managing groups of students
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Previous experience in a school setting is desirable but not essential
* A genuine interest in education and supporting young people
