Job Description
3. Support global treasury operations, keeping reporting sharp, governance strong, and liquidity flowing smoothly.
4. Own daily and weekly cash reporting, giving senior leaders clear, timely insights.
5. Help roll out a global cash‑pooling structure and manage day‑to‑day liquidity, MMF trades, and short‑term investments.
6. Keep eyes on global cash, support repatriations, and assist with FX activity and reporting.
7. Drive global bank account rationalisation and keep the Bank Account Masterfile in top shape.
8. Coordinate quarterly bank account confirmations across all regions.
9. Manage the full bank‑account lifecycle in the TMS
10. Review and process bank guarantee requests from local teams.
11. Post intercompany treasury transactions and calculate/post quarterly interest.
12. Support reporting for Group Finance, Tax, and business stakeholders.
13. Ensure key controls are followed, evidenced, and fully compliant.
14. Maintain the TMS, uphold clean static data, and support banking platform admin.
15. Provide cross‑training and backup to the wider treasury team.
16. Assist with Group share‑scheme admin and reporting.
17. Contribute to system upgrades, process improvements, and wider treasury projects.
The Successful Applicant
18. Proven treasury cash‑management expertise with a proactive, agile approach and strong stakeholder‑management capabilities.
19. Treasury experience in a multinational organisation, with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar.
20. Advanced Excel skills and strong overall Microsoft Office proficiency.
21. Personable, ambitious, detail‑driven, and able to build strong relationships while communicating confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
22. Structured, pragmatic problem‑solver with excellent time‑management and the ability to deliver accurately at pace.
