The Department
The Religious Education (RE) and Personal Development (PD) department delivers agold standard curriculumthat develops students academically, socially, and personally. RE fosters critical thinking and understanding of diverse beliefs, while PD builds life skills and character, covering topics such as relationships, wellbeing, financial education, and first aid. Together, they help students develop resilience, ambition, and a commitment to their best.

The Role
We are looking for an inspiring and ambitious Curriculum Leader to lead the RE & PD department, ensuring the highest standards of teaching, learning, and student achievement. This key middle leadership role combines curriculum leadership, teaching, and staff development.
We are looking for someone who can:
* Work at asenior and strategic level, shaping curriculum and learning across the school
* Lead by examplethrough outstanding teaching and professionalism
* Demonstrate a commitment toputting students at the heart of the curriculum
