Pure Staff Ltd are currently recruiting for a People Services Assistant for our client based in Bolton who are growing and looking to add to their team.

Duties for this People Services Assistant role are as follows:
* Provide excellent service in line with service expectations
* People policies and processes are followed and adhered to
* Accurate and timely data entry in line with data protection and GDPR requirements
* Handle people related queries via portal, phone, email, or post
* Timely and accurate management of employee contractual documentation.
* Compliance with terms and conditions of employment.
* Completion of all pre-boarding requirements.
* People systems kept up to date and employee data is recorded accurately in line with all data protection and GDPR requirements
* All pre-boarding requirements completed
* Provide administrative support for the Attendance Management process, including handling Notifications of Absences, Fit Notes, and Attendance Counselling.
Hours for this People Services Assistant role are as follows
MONDAY to FRIDAY 09:00-17:30
