We are seeking an enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join their team on a full-time basis from September 2025. About the Role: As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll step into the classroom to deliver pre-set lessons during teacher absences – maintaining a positive learning environment and ensuring students remain on task. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable classroom experience in a secondary setting. Your key responsibilities will include: Supervising lessons across the curriculum in the absence of the class teacher Ensuring students are engaged, focused, and following the set work Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies Supporting students with questions or challenges during lessons Reporting back to teaching staff regarding student behaviour and progress Ideal Candidates Will Have: We’re open to a wide range of backgrounds – this role is ideal for graduates, aspiring teachers, sports coaches, or anyone with experience working with young people.
