As an Assistant Psychologist within our Neurodiversity division, you will work closely with clients and employers to conduct workplace needs assessments. Your role will involve identifying, recommending, and helping to implement reasonable adjustments to support clients in their roles, making a meaningful and lasting impact on their working lives and overall health. While the position is primarily remote, involving virtual assessments and consultations, there will be occasional nationwide travel to meet client and business needs. As part of the central functions team, you will thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional outcomes. Key Responsibilities • Understand client concerns and identified barriers within their working roles and responsibilities. • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of assistive technologies, specialist equipment, and workplace products, helping to implement these as part of reasonable adjustments to client roles. • Deliver training and/or coaching to support individuals in the workplace, tailored to their specific needs. • Collate and compile accurate, competent, and fit-for-purpose reports within agreed timescales. • Conduct workplace needs assessments, both virtually and face-to-face, as required. • Meet SLAs by producing high-quality reports within agreed deadlines. • Work holistically with other professionals within the multidisciplinary team at Health Partners Group, including physiotherapists, doctors, and nurses. • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through professional communication and service delivery. • Positively contribute to the team’s contracted KPI targets. What we are looking for We are seeking a motivated and skilled Assistant Psychologist with a First (1st) or Upper Second-class (2:1) honours degree in Psychology and entitlement to graduate membership of the British Psychological Society (BPS). You should have applied experience working with neurodivergent individuals (e.g., Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, DCD, Tourette's), preferably with adult populations. Extensive knowledge of up-to-date assistive technology, software packages, and workplace adaptations is essential. Desirable qualifications and experience include Neurodiversity Coaching and Assistive Technology training, alongside strong skills in report writing and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team. A Master’s degree in Psychology and BPS accreditation are also advantageous.Hours We can offer both full time (37.5 hours) or part time (minimum 22.5 hours) contracts for this position, working 7.5 hour days with flexibility between our core hours of 8am and 6pm.Location The role is home-based, although some travel may be required to client sites throughout the UK as and when required.Remote Working Disclaimer Please note we are only able to accept applications for those who reside in the UK for this remote vacancy.
