Are you a results-driven, creative thinker with a passion for making an impact? We’re looking for an experienced Marketer to join our busy team for 12 months, leading the marketing for Alton College as part of HSDC.

This is a varied and exciting campaigns role where no two days are the same. You'll be responsible for creating, delivering and analysing marketing and recruitment campaigns, events and activities that enhance the Alton College brand, generate awareness, and increase market share.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

* Manage, implement, and coordinate marketing and recruitment campaign strategies, events and activities to enhance the Alton College offer, generate awareness and increase market share in 16+ audience and their influencers.
* Manage the budget for 16+ at Alton.Track spend and produce regular reports on ROI for the Director of Marketing & Admissions.
* Conduct market research, monitor and report competitor activity to influence and enhance the reach of current campaigns and produce a growth in market share.
* Develop and manage key 16+ recruitment events for Alton including, Open Days, and the Student Festival.
Requirements

We’re looking for someone who:

* Is driven by results and loves a challenge
* Can think creatively and solve problems under pressure
* Has hands-on experience running integrated campaigns
* Understands audience segmentation, market research and ROI
* Is confident in analysing performance and adapting strategies for maximum impact
* You’ll need a relevant degree or a professional qualification (CIM or IDM preferred), and a proven track record in marketing, ideally in education or product-based sectors.
