SG Technologies - part of the Neo Performance Materials Group, is a global leader in the production of high-performance magnetic components and assemblies. Our products are shipped worldwide to high end automotive and consumer products customers such as Bosch, Caterpillar, and YASA.
Due to Maternity leave, we are looking for an experienced Management Accountant to join our team and provide hands-on, pragmatic support across our operations for 12-15 months. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment and making a real impact.
Reporting to theFinance Director, you will support the business in a time of change as we implement system and process changes to enable improved operational and financial performance. You will need to have energy and drive to help to make change.
Responsibilities will include:
* Production of monthly management accounts, including Stock Valuation and COGS analysis, consolidation of group entities, balance sheet and P&L review and analysis, production of financial statements.
* Monthly payroll
* Driving implementation of new systems & processes
* Supporting more junior members of the team
* Turning data into useful management information to help drive decision making
* Liaising with audit teams
