We currently have opportunities to join our Waste and Recycling team as a Refuse Loader. * Please note - The 40 hours per week and salary banding is subject to ongoing consultation which concludes at the end of January 2026. From 1 June 2026 (based on 40 hours per week), the salary will be £28,543 - £30,423 per annum. Your role: You’ll be responsible for loading refuse, recycling, garden, food waste, and sacks onto the Refuse Collection Vehicles - always prioritising health, safety, and excellent customer care. This role is essential in keeping our streets clean and tidy. In addition, you’ll assist with in-cab technology, ensuring accurate and timely completion of all information related to your route and support drivers when manoeuvring the vehicle.
