The Role
CRA Consulting are recruiting for an experienced Conveyancing Locum to join a respected high street law firm in Newark. This short-term role is perfect for an experienced conveyancer who can manage a full caseload from start to finish, ensuring smooth transactions and excellent client service.
Duties will include:
* Managing residential conveyancing files from instruction to completion
* Handling sales, purchases, leasehold & freehold matters, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors
* Conducting title checks, drafting contracts, and ensuring full compliance
Requirements:
* Proven track record in all aspects of residential conveyancing
* Strong organisational and case management skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work independently and hit the ground running
* Available for the full duration of the assignment
