Key Responsibilities: * Project Planning & Coordination: * Develop and manage mechanical project schedules in line with the overall construction program. * Coordinate design development and ensure compliance with mechanical specifications and codes. * Collaborate with architects, consultants, and general contractors to ensure design intent is maintained. * Cost & Budget Control: * Prepare and manage mechanical budgets and forecasts. * Review and approve subcontractor quotations and change orders. * Track expenditures and manage cost control measures. * Health, Safety & Compliance: * Ensure all mechanical activities are compliant with health and safety regulations. * Conduct regular site inspections and implement corrective actions as needed. * Maintain compliance with local building codes and industry standards. * Reporting & Documentation: * Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders. * Maintain accurate project documentation including drawings, RFIs, change orders, and commissioning records. * Manage project close-out including testing, commissioning, and handover.
