Main duties of the job
The post holder will support the Head of Business IntelligenceAnalytics in delivering high quality internal and external reporting, primarilyfor Care Group 3 (Family Health) and Care Group 4 (Community Services).The post holder will act as the main information link between the Care Groupsand the Intelligence team, developing a strong understanding of service needs,performance challenges, and reporting requirements. The role focuses ondelivering meaningful insight to support safe, effective patient care andservice improvement.You will work with complex clinical and nonclinical data from multiple sourcesto produce clear, meaningful reports, dashboards and presentations. A core partof the role is helping managers and clinicians understand data, exploreperformance variation, benchmark services and identify opportunities to improvequality, efficiency and compliance.You will also contribute to timely and accurate reporting, data quality andgovernance, business cases and service development. The role includes promotingautomation and selfservice reporting, as well as delivering training andguidance on analytical tools.In addition, you will provide daytoday leadership for a small team,supporting development, managing performance, setting objectives andmaintaining effective processes anddocumentation.You may use AI to support your application, but we encourage you to show yourindividuality and enthusiasm for the role.

Knowledge
* Highly developed specialist knowledge in Information Management, including complex analysis and presentation of data from multiple sources, the creation of reports and analysis to support service improvements and awareness of performance levels.
* Knowledge of Health and Social care roles, responsibilities, priorities and strategic direction.
* Significant experience of working within an Information/Data Management environment.
* Knowledge of how to work with data contained within databases, to compile charts and visuals which support customer insight.
* Demonstrable knowledge of statistical techniques and their application, Trend Analysis, SPC charts.
* Knowledge of the NHS Key Performance Metrics
* and associated national reporting/policy requirements.
* Knowledge of Community/ Acute Electronic Patient Records (EPRs) (e.g. Meditech, SystmOne).
* Detailed knowledge of SystmOne Reporting

Qualifications
* Educated to Degree Standard in a relevant subject or equivalent experience of working at a similar level in a specialist information/ data analyst environment.
