Responsibilities
* Lead retail, commercial office, hospitality, and event space projects operationally and commercially.
* Manage budgets, procurement, subcontractors, and programmes.
* Deliver projects on time, on budget, and to high standards.

* Able to manage up to two projects concurrently.

* Proven experience in commercial fit–out across multiple sectors.
* Confident managing clients, consultants, and project teams.
